Hollywood still leads the global film industry in terms of creativity and box offices but Asia is rising fast. Besides being the world's second largest economy, China now is also the second largest market for film with 17.07 billion yuan in box office receipts in 2012, a 30.18 percent increase over 2011. India's Bollywood probably has the largest workforce in the film industry. South Korea's entertainment industry is the pioneer with its innovation and creativity. Not too many people would have predicted Lee Ang to win the Oscar for Best Director Award for the second time. Hong Kong's movie industry has long been integrated into the China market. How would Asia's movie industry work together to achieve a win-win situation and deliver better and higher box office films to the world? What are the roles of policy, capital, talent development, technology, production and distribution? Where is the road ahead in the next five years for the industry?

At this ceo roundtable, film industry captains from across Asia will share their strategic insights.
