Forget Password
1.
Account password must be 8-20 characters long with at least one numeric, one special character, one upper case character and one lower case character.
2.
A newly created user must reset their password while first time logon.
3.
Login password will be forced to be reset every 3 months(90days); User does not allow reusing their previous historical password (last 3 passwords).
4.
Duplicate Email address is not allowed for different accounts in ORS.
